cutthroat trout
Oncorhynchus clarkii is a native fish of the Salish Sea with the coastal sub-species distinct from westslope subspecies found east of the Cascades. Some populations in the Salish Sea, Outer Coast and Columbia Basin are anadromous, and travel to salt water to forage.
